Kombocha squash GNOCCHI


What started out so beautiful ended in a thick gummy mess. Ended up adding way too much flour and causing them to be more like a hockey puck and less like a tasty dumpling. Apologies to my Italian readers.

Chocolate stout filled doughnut holes


There was nothing wrong with them taste wise – on the contrary they were delicious.
These however turned out u g l y. Seeing as how this was my first home attempt at doughnuts it makes sense.
Better luck next time I hope!
